What can you expect when listening to Radio Twente Gold?
Monday to Friday
Oh, the good old days, eh? The golden years of radio take centre stage, with an emphasis on swing and big band. Between tracks you can hear our jingles and old Dutch cinema newsreel clips, extremely old cinema and radio commercials and old public service announcements from the archives of the central government.
Weekends
Digitized shellac records, mainly from the inter-ware period but in general from 1920 - 1949. Fragile 78 RPM records made of shellac. Think charleston, ragtime, salon music, dance music, foxtrot, tango and much more. It takes some getting used to, but at a certain point you won't want anything else.
Time are UK time!
